Executes extensive test cases to capture, analyze, and develop action plans based on test results and software needs.Remains involved in test environment setup and gaining access to required tools through coordinating with Dev & Admin teams.Remains involved in writing complex SQL queries to verify data from source to target throughout the test development process.Creates and reviews of test cases/scripts to effectively meet Cigniti Technologies’ Test Plan and Test Strategy, creating test data for all required test scenarios.Remains actively involved in designing, leading, and reviewing Cigniti Technologies’ ongoing Test Plan and Test Strategy based on the defined client requirements.Identifies the testing techniques and testing types required to effectively fulfill client’s defined requirements.Plays vital role during project planning by providing QA estimates and detailing tasks involved across each step in Cigniti Technologies’ testing processes.Remains involved in preparing and reviewing estimates and project plan as required.Participates in Sprint Planning, Estimation, and Retrospective meetings to review project progress and act accordingly.Should have bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or closely related field.Remain responsible for production validation of data warehouse, business intelligence reports, and Tableau Dashboards after every software release.Document technical aspects of Cigniti’s test scripts and framework.

Streamline end-to-end test processes, including design development, and execution, participating in defect triage meetings to address issues that arise across each phase.

Remain actively involved across Cigniti’s functional, system integration, and regression testing activities to ensure complete coverage is effectively and accurately achieved.

Work with Dev, BA, and Project Managers to analyze test results and defects and develop plans for software enhancement and resolution.

Perform end-to-end testing of each application through comprehensive API and UI testing.

Setup up CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing and integration using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

Provide guidance on API test design and create API test scripts for each application using ReadyAPI tool.

Work along with QA team to build a robust, innovative test and test automation framework and scripts that can be reused across multiple applications, systems, and projects.
